Default Charcoal emissions stuff

Well from hurricane Harvey my town flooded I drained the fluids, changed the plugs, the charcoal canister was full of water so was that other plastic thing on it. It said it was running lean on the codes, and it's got a rough idle, would there be a chance that water got in the tank from there or is just that the charcoal canister was full of water that might be causing that

Probably your oxygen sensors got wet and ruined.
