car style water pump with truck accessories

I am running 4 on each side with the truck accessories. If I had spacers, I would look to push the pump out a bit more just for insurance. I blipped the throttle, took it to 6500, put about 450 miles on so far and it never flinched.

yes i did have to run longer bolts.

With 4 gaskets on each side, I did not have to run longer bolts (this is with the Meziere EWP). Anymore than that, I would suggest going with the longer bolts.

No offense Krambo, that's not enough miles for me to consider it "proven".... That's more like 15-20K....

None taken sir!

The beauty of actually doing obscure modifications that have never been done / hardly been done is that you can form your own opinions on the results. I have formed mine with direct experience and will be adding to that knowledge base every time I put the truck through its paces.
