Default Can't program keyfob

I have an 06 silverado ext cab I purchased back in July no fobs just one key. It came from a tow recovery lot so didn't think much about it.

Tried to program using YouTube videos and write ups and from what i understand it is not going into program mode if it cycles the lock before you letoff the unlock button during the key cycle.

TLDR looks like im missing some relays under the dash could this be the cause?

I've swapped glove boxes for a console swap so I can't look at my spid sticker, but the passenger door has no keyhole. which should mean it has keyless entry.

So today I tried to look into fuses and noticed on the dash panels it lists what i think is relays for lock and unlock separately. None of those relays are present, and can't the driver door unlock the passenger door with a key turn? That also doesn't work. I was thinking unless it's a work truck remote entry was kind of standard by this time?

So I'm trouble shooting why it won't go Into program mode.

Still working on this relays don't have terminals to plug into so it's not missing anything.

I have power door locks and windows, I recently replaced the door panels including windows switches the door panels had the heated seat controls. So im guessing that vehicle should have had keyless entry also. I got the center console and glove box from that vehicle and the spider does have Auo option. From the searching I've done the transmitter for this is built into the passenger door module (door locks and switch controls) does it need to be reset to accept the learn procedure?

Can someone confirm that if the vehicle cycles the lock without releasing the unlock button during learn procedure that it's not going into learn mode?

The slots may be full. you may need to have some one with tech2 clear them out and assign the new ones.

Doesn't disconnecting the battery for a while accomplish the same thing?

No, It doesn't work that way. But with a tech2 you can see the assigned slots and empty them. You can also force the learn through the tool. Just need all the FOB's

They Give 4 slots total. 2 are used from the factory obviously. If any one replaced them at any point it will fill the other 2 empty slots. On my truck I cleared them all out since I didn't get the FOB's

Also some of the Cheap FOB's from Amazon or EBAY do not work. I only get them through the dealer when I do it.
