They are a discontinued wheel from Weld Evo, called "Tech Star 6" .

I think they were replaced with the volociti 6.

 

Yeah, i have to backup with what thunder and some others are saying...sure from the factory the 4.8L isn't pushing any impressive numbers, but their stout motors once you wake them up.

Hell my truck has no performance mods done to it besides TB bypass, 2 into 1 straightpipe and it ran a 16.0 on the shatty 99 tuning. I talked to allen nelson and he said i could easily push 15.2s with an 02 PCM, then im throwing a 150 shot so that should throw me into the high high 13's if nothing goes crrplunk, lol.

All i need now is a powertrax, which is coming in a couple weeks.

Can you tell me what a TB bypass is? Ive never heard of that before.

 

I love my 4.8, those clips sure sound familar... i hear the same sound every morning... if i would stop being lazy and get a cord for my cam i would post some clips up...

I'll post some clips when I get the new exhaust... What exhaust are you running Thunder? and any new times since the 13.8?

Im going to wait untill october or so... than i can take advantage of some of the cooler weather... keep me posted on any new times tho, i'm eager to see if im even in the 13's yet... i'll settle for 14 flats as of now tho.

yeah.. that is what the TR 224, on a 112LSA will sound like in the 4.8L
