I think that guy may be a little confused. A Caddy with Spinners.. OK, but lifted with swamper tires and duel exhaust out the back??!!

he's on cardomain.com. He won the caddy in a drawing and got it customized by a shop and put spinners on it. He ran out of mod money but didnt want the regular look so for a bday gift he got a lift kit and boggers
