A/C quit, dealer want to keep it 2-5 days and says I have to rent my own car!!!
My A/C made an odd noise one day and the next it just quit working. I called the dealer and they want me to leave it with them for a few days so they can get around to it when they can. Its still under warranty so I should get a loaner or rental right? They told me "GM no longer offers loaner vehicles and I'd have to rent my own". What kind of bull shit is that? A $44K ride less than a year old breaks and I have to go spend $150 to rent a different car to drive while its fixxed under warranty? I think its alot of BS.
I gotta be honest, I love my Yukon but if this is the way GM is now treating there customers I am going real soon to buy a Dodge........... |
contact the GM customer service number in your manual. If they keep your truck over night they owe you a loaner, here they will rent a vehicle rather than give you one of their's, but you shouldn't have to pay anything.

i agree, i always got a loaner for my truck. and all they were doing was a radio once and a seat cover the other time.
