Default Brake Fade

ok so i got this prob with my friends 2002 burban it has a low spongy brake pedel thatwont go away its been bled many times new brakes all around and still this spongy pedel that wont go away you really notice it if your doing a little light towing or if you have to make quicker stops light braking feels normal what do you guys think thanks for the help....... in case this helps it is a all stock truck

Install some braided lines in place of the stock rubber lines and the spongy brakes will be history.
