Gorilla - did you actually learn g-code or just use a program like mastercam or something to input it because im looking for a way to loop the code but with no luck ( i have to write it by hand).
Im still learning solidworks, i have to teach myself, so it'll be awhile before it is done and looks pro.

If you design a part in Solidworks it can be saved as an Iges,Sat,or Parasolid file and then Mastercam can generate a part and code can be produced for CNC.
I learned a lot in that class, it was only a 200 level class, and they canceled due to budget cuts.
Anyway, that's really awesome your high school has a CAD class. I thought you were talking college. I wish mine had that! Very cool man, good luck!
