ok have pricing. they will do a 20 inch wheel for $185 a wheel. they said it would take 2 weeks. www.pacrims.com

Black chrome rules !!!!!! I'm going to do my bumpers, grille bar, wheels, running tubes, and generally go for a black chromed look. Not too many people even know about. It does seem to be making a comeback, tho.

Caswell Plating sells kits for this (and a bunch of other really cool kits) that you can do at home. Wouldn't really work for wheels, but might be perfect for trim and stuff...

I just read a post about black chrome on another forum (silveradoss.com I think). Someone posted a pic and I'm not bashing because things can look a lot different in person than pics, but in the pic the rims just looked like they had a lot of brake dust built up on them and needed to be cleaned. I have seriously considered doing this to my VHO wheels, would be a nice contrast to the white body but the pics changed my mind. My 2 cents (and probably not worth that).
