Shitty packaging. Why were headers in the same box as a thermostat. Coated headers should be packaged by themselves IMO.

agree!!! after they said "they didn't ship it" and that crap happened and then are goin to make u buy another..... i'd have to get my lawyer envolved

man i dont know how much you do business with them but i have spent alot of money and i mean alot of money with them you think with the money they make that a cheap *** thermostate wouldnt be an issue to loose some money on so there wont be talk like this about them i dont know but you did right by posting up about it

You'd think that someone would check the packaging a little better before installing new parts on their truck, especially if there is something they are expecting but cannot seem to find in the box. Was the thermostat on the receipt?

Packaging might not have been the best, but c'mon, take some responsibility here.
