Battery Problem
#1
Okay, I know I need to hook up my fluke DMM to help diagnose this... But I wanted to see if anyone thinks of anything else before I start pulling fuses and checking what is pulling amps. I have a 2005 ECSB 4x4 LT truck, and the battery goes dead after a few days. The truck has 17,442 miles on it and I have replaced the optima red top 3 times and same thing happens. The only think that isn't factory is the TNR radio I installed (the delphi touch screen nav) which I think is the 15800000 part number and the escalade gauge cluster, which both work fine. Not sure what to think... I have heard about bad bose amps, but not sure what problem that would cause, and I can't see the cluster doing that because it shouldn't be powered when the key is off.... So any ideas I welcome the help. Also I am new to the site, really great by the way, here are a few pics of the truck... Also I still have a GMPP for a few months left and I want all the software updated on the truck and all the modules as well. I guess I was just asking if the radio and or gauge cluster could be the problem, as the dealer might give me a bunch of crap about them.

Could be something with the radio, I would guess that before the cluster. If you shut the truck off and don't see anything on in the cluster and the needles all go to rest, I'd guess that the cluster is fine. You have the right idea though, grab your Fluke and see what the draw is, and keep pulling fuses until the draw drops under 50 milliamps.
I had a problem with my driver's side courtesy switch leaving my interior light on, but it never drained my battery since the lighting system will time out after 15 or 20 minutes and shut all of the lights off. Not sure if an 05 does that also, but I would assume that it did.
