Bagged and lowered trucks inside please!

I always knew that this would become a problem since I first lowered my truck and i'm hoping someone has a solution. My e-brake cable lays on a brake junction block that is bolted to the drives side of the rear axle and the scary thing is that it is starting to wear through the soft brake line, the junction block and the e-brake cable itself. I was trying to think of some way to shield the junction because the e-brake cable is under too much tension to suspend it above it.
Has anyone else been able to fix this problem, i'm afraid that I am going to try to brake one of these days and not have any brake pressure.

Possibly, i'm hoping someone has some simple ingenius cheap idea though.
What I dont think would work with that setup is that there is a bracket bolted to the bellhousing that locates the cable so I dont know if that will work.

garden hose.
the black this industrial type.
cut a peice of it, wrap it around the line, and then zip tie the ends of it to hold it on. Tighten it really well. This stuff last forever and doesn't detroy easily from rubbing. Cheap, easy and quick. Black hose also makes it harder to see from a quick glance.
