Default Auto Meter Steering Column Gauge Pod Fitment ?s

I am looking for opinions on the Auto Meter Steering Column Gauge Pod fitment. I think I remember reading that they really don't fit well on the 03+ trucks for some reason, something to do with the hazard switch. My truck is a 04, any input would be great, not to mention if you have some pics....

Thanks in advance

Oh here is a pic from SummitRacing.

Got a pic of it installed? I'm wondering how much it obscures the cluster.

I've got one from StylinConcepts that mounts the gauge on the right, not sure if its Autometer, it came in a plastic bag. Its a POS ,really poor fit ,attaches over the top of the stock bezel, had to remove the stock bezel to try and fit better and broke the tabs off ,really looks like crap now it won't snap back together. Can't remove dash bezel with it on so you should use velcro to attach. Put my Aeroscan gauge in it,good visability and doesn't block anything else. Going to redo it someday!!

On summitracing it says it will fit thru 04, then on another website it says only to 03, there was a thread awhile ago, but I can't find it....

Ordered from jegs said it fits 1999-2003...part number 15007 shipping box says it fits 2000-01. Well didnt fit at all but modified it , I dont think it looks that bad. I will use double sided tape for final mount.
