Well, I have the original email they sent last July when they were trying to sell that motor on ebay. It was listed wrong there. When notified of their errors, they acknowledged that the motor was the wrong year and wouldn't fit properly. Yet they sold it to you without giving you those details knowing full well that it was wrong.

You are the one that should be taking him to court.

seriously guys, he did screw me pretty bad, but, he did sell me all new parts, i have to give him that one. but it still doesn't fix the fact that he told me one thing and sold me something else.

 

****, call him back and threaten lawsuit if he doesnt cooperate. Hey.......... Here is an idea why don't all of you that don't know both sides of the story just let ol TEXAS TERMINATOR handle this himself seeing as he never says what was actually said he just says (YEP THEY SCREWED ME) never any details - Oh and also just a note you fella's lost the freedom of speech when you started threating to damge his property and also declamation of character (Look it up). I happen to know that the owner of this company is one of the best men I have ever had the privalge of meeting,(and this coming from a guy he can't stand-----me) never the less it is wrong on so many levels to let TX. Term. go on bashing this guy when he probably hasn't tried to handle it professionally or in the correct manor. I happen to also know that Ariel Performance has built two (2) of the fastest street cars in OKC. Both of them being new motors. I will admit that maybe some of the employes may not have gone the extra mile to correct this but the owner will pretty much tell it like it is. Either you meet in the middle and allow the problem to be fixed in a timly manor or you cut your loses and go on. Also Tex one other thing that comes to MY mind is that if you are such an outstanding business man and a hotrodder why did you not do some checking on fitment for your self? I personally would not take anyone's word on such a big project, I would have had all my facts and specs lined up. Also if you would like to check with the Better Business Bureau I am sure that they would also back me up by saying the owner (and business have an outstanding rep.)I apologize if I have hurt any one's feelings by any of the comments but I have done business with the guy and I happen to think that he has always made right with anything he could. Tex. I really don't want to be a bothersome I am just a nobody here in Okc, but when someone as good as the owner is being kicked while being down, I would like to think I did the right thing by putting my two cents in..... Please do the right thing and let this get fixed or sell the block and let it go.Once again please do not think this is a personal attack it is just me standing up for what I beleave is right.

 

IF the guy sold him a test 6.0 it should have <img border="0" alt="[barf]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_barf.gif" /> been with the correct 6.0 heads and if he knew it wouldn't fit he should have told him.
