I love the way the stepsides look but only in street trim with rims, lowered a little, bedcover, and a cowl. Im not too crazy about full size extended cab stepsides or stepsides that are lifted. I would love to find a stepside for my truck but Im in the market for performance right now.

If that's true, that's way cool. I totally respect rare trucks. I didn't want to insult anyone, just seeing if anyone else thinks like I do. I drive one of the slowest trucks on the board, so I'm the last one that should be talking sh*t!!!

My opinion, step side trucks look way better. Even more when they are the GMC Sierra step side truck, rite File.

I like mine. Although, I have to admit that the 03+ Stepsides don't look right to me. The squared front and rounded rear just don't work imo.

My truck was only on the lot for less then an hour when I got it. Lucky day I guess. I have yet to see another 5.3 z71 stepside. The HD hood goes soo well with the stepsides curves.

I'm not a fan of them, but I wouldnt call them FUGLY. They look cool, kinda old school in a way, but I do prefer a fleetside.

My truck was only on the lot 1 day when i bought mine also. Its a black RCSB stepside with the 5.3. It was garage kept and owned by a 50 yr old man that never hauled anything and just drove it around town. I got it for a very good price too compared to how much they want for the 1 or 2 i see on any of the used lots around here. I like stepsides better cause they dont look as much like work trucks like the fleetsides do, not everyone has one, they are lighter than the all steel fleetside, they are worth more and look better slammed. I dont like stepsides on the 02-up front ends though because just like someone else said, the boxy look in the front and the rounded look in the back does not match and looks like ***. I have seen some very nice fleetsides but its just not my style.
