Yea, I think the mag sucks for tech imput, but sometimes they try real hard.
Anyway, there is a black reg cab shortbed stepside that is running mid 10's
This is what's listed as mods:
-6.0 w/ Lunati internals (no size given, guessing 408)
-Procharger
-200 shot NOS
-fuel cell
-4L80 worked over
-standard 4/6 drop and other mods.
The guy is from Arizona and is planning stage III ZO6 heads (uh...6.0 stage III's would be the same, but I guess "ZO6" sounds better
)

Yeah I saw that truck. Its badass alright. The one thing that i am wondering right now is, how they did that exhaust coming out of the bed. I have the same looking truck and i wouldn't mide having something like that.

Ya, he is from Chandler,AZ. I have not seen him at all though except showing at the Truckin' Nationals last year. He runs FAST management and is in the mid 10s (that is what the mag. says, but I have never seen him run)
Pretty sick huh?!!
There is a lot more information about internal work in the Street Truck magazine article, but I think it listed just the usual forged internals. i.e. Lunati billet crank and rods, JE blower pistons, Total Seal plasma rings, Clevite bearings, blueprint (okay not so usual on that last one) studded roller rockers ?specs, double roller timing chain, 52lb injectors, 4L80 with a 3200 stall...You get the idea
The article says he is going to switch from a Procharger to a Radix. If you are reading this Dave...wouldn't it be cool to do twin turbos
