belle rose isn't close to anywhere. the track is LITERALLY in the middle of a cane field. ask BigKID, he's been there before. Baton Rouge is prolly the closest airport, but if a ticket to New Orleans is cheaper, go there cuz there's not that big of a difference.

 

most likely my dad and i will be there with the camaro (LT1 blower car) and the 03 duramax. ironically we will probably race the duramax more! hoping for some low 14s!

 

I was planning on being there until a 14 year old illegal mexican bitch floored her damn car striaght into my just finished and waiting for the Thunder Shootout truck. Just lowered with new wheels and ******* BAM! in a McDonald's drive through window. She hit the right side door so hard bitch pushed me into the building denting a tearing up the left side.

yeah the good news is the road is repaved now so it won't be quite as bad. that **** was STILL torn up for the HOT ROD Power Tour if i had been driving some of those cars i'd have refused to drive over that crap, hell i hated doing it in my truck

 

damn, every time you guys post about how terrible it is it makes me think i might just stay home and watch NFL that weekend and check the results online that night. but it would be nice to come down and drag a few of you other truck guys and take home the truck eliminator trophy.

 

If you can make it you really should.I know alot of trucks from around here are going to be there that run pretty good.The car action alone should be well worth it,NPR hooks like no other track.

Might be my last trip out with stock internals.
