Default Any issues with 2015 Sierra Wheels on 2004 Yukon XL?

Like the title asks, does anybody have experience with installing 2015 GMC Sierra 18" alloy wheels, or something similar, on a 2004 Yukon XL Denali?
I have the original 17" Denali alloys on now, and the tires are getting old.
So, I found a set of nearly new takeoffs with the Goodyear Assurance tires, at a good price, and I'm thinking that these would be an upgrade worth the money.
All help is appreciated.

I'm really happy with the wheels and tires I got off CL. Thanks for the help!
These are the 18" off a 2015 Sierra. Seem to ride real nice, just need to get my TPM sensors swapped over and get them balanced, got a little vibe at 75.
