My SES light just popped on again. P0418- Secondary Air Injection System Relay A Circuit Malfunction. I dont have Air Injection, what could this be?? The only problem is that when you start the truck it idles down really low and wants to die, then just idles rough until you take off, after that its fine, it even idles fine. Any thoughts?? Thanks!!

 

Come on guys, is this code even related to my truck if I dont have air injection?? Do all trucks have secondary air injection????

Check with TSP on the BIN file they used, maybe the AIR function was not turned off. My first guess...
