Default annoying exhaust sound

I need some help figuring this weird sound out on my truck its an 2005 gmc z-71 with the l33 5.3 iv got pacesetter long tubes and matching y-pipe on right now and full 3inch exhaust all the way to the muffler which is a spintech 5000 series.
From about 3k to 3500rpms my truck makes a glass pack popping sound.
now anything befor and after those rpms it sounds normal its nice and deep sounding.
Iv got new tr55 plugs in it new wires and its got steady fuel pressure through out the whole rpm range. it dosent feel like its losing anypower or missing when it makes that sound so im lost on what it could be or how to fix it.
Oh and i do have a dyno tune on it and it made this glass pack popping sound when it had the factory manifolds on it to with the same muffler.
Iv tried other mufflers to and it still made the same sound at the same rpm rang. any help or thoughts would help me out a ton thnx in advance

It's a harmonic flaw in the muffler design most likely. Particular designs are prone to cause odd noises at certain RPM (frequency/flow volume) ranges, like Corsa mufflers (when used with any modified configuration) or Flowcrappers.

I think the best way to solve this would be to run dual pipes with an xpipe with two spintechs. The sound is awesome.

See if you can get an Xcelerator (made by Goerlich). I run a 22" version and it works well. I had a 12" that was loud as all get out but neither have any popping issues.

It's a straight-thru muffler similar to a Borla except the chambering is different.

you just need bigger mufflers. BAmufflers will make you a custom muffler based on your sound requirements.

Mine is the same way. It's just that RPM range and it causes a raspy popping like you hear. Bigger mufflers or put your cats back on. Nothing is wrong with the engine
