i have a 2000 gmc rcsb, my alumination on the guages and radio display arnt working. but when my head lights are off, my raido alumination works, but when my head lights are on then the alumination dosnt work, and the alumination never works on my dash guages? anyone know whats the prolbem?

 

Have you checked all the fuses and relays? If not, I would check the actual light switch assembly..........

 

yea, thats what my friend said that works at best buy, he pulled every fuse and there all good, and he said to borrow someones light switch assemble and see if it works, but i just wreaked my damn truck tonight, i hit a damn fence. so now im lookin for a new grill.
