Default alignment guide pins

The alignment guide pins up on the frame that hold the alignment cams. They pop out it looks like. I got NAPA to get a couple of new ones and they had knarls on them like wheel studs. They appear to be a little large. Is that a tool that is needed to install these or can plyers work if you can get even pressure on both sides.

Thanks

are you talking about the molded plastic tabs that are inside the Eccentrics on the upper control arm?
those dont go back on when removed to adjust caster / camber. the torque of the bolt / nut is what holds it in place.
they're kinda like those metal retainers on the drums that come from factory, its for assembly purposes

No, I dont think so.

They pop out of the frame. The replacements have knarls on them.

I think a C clamp and socket should get them installed.

They are not quite like the originals.

The link didnt work for me.
Can you take a pic of what you're talking about.
Did you have to remove the bolts then knock out a small chunk of metal so that the bolt can slide back n forth when turning the eccentric?

Just google that. Silverado alignment guide pins.

No, once you look over the A arm. I think you will see how that works.
