Air conditioning blows warmer at idle

Well I checked it and the radiator/condenser was pretty much clean. I still hosed it down. I did have the radiator replaced about a year ago because a crack had formed in it. At idle its still able to suck a piece of paper against the grill with the hood shut so its pulling some air.

Most automobile Air conditoners with clutch fans dont get enough flow across the condenser at idle... and if your not rejecting all of the heat out of the condenser then you will not beable to absorb as much heat in the evaporator...

Electric fans made a WORLD of difference with this in my 01... i bought some LS1 fans off of ebay for cheap and they been running great for years now.. i have them on a switch but there are ways to get the computer to control it though a relay....
