I believe that there are 3 or 4 actuators in the dash, the one you want is for mode control, it will be somewhere towards the middle. PM Torque Wrench and I'm sure that he will be albe to point you in the right direction

I'm pretty sure you can see the mode door from the drivers side, under the dash. It's on the side of the HVAC case. You should be able to change it without pulling the dash. You just have to work at it. I know on some models the mode door has a funky guide where two or three mode door rods have to fit into the proper grooves with the rods in the proper direction. It can be a pain. Good luck.
