Default AC problem

When I try to use the AC or heat the fan doesn't blow any air at all up to 4 or 5, which then is way too much. Seems to only be the main vents, not the floor or windshield vents. Bad switch maybe? I'm going to take it to the dealer but want some idea of what the problem is. Thanks

On the older models, that usually meant that the blower resistor took a poop, but I believe 03 and up use an ac module (ecu) that controls that which seems to be problematic.
