Default AC/Heater Problem

My truck in sig (2000 Silverado) is having HVAC issues. I already changed the control panel in the dash. The temperature is stuck on hot and defrost. I have read online and it looks like it is the blend door actuator. However, there appear at least 2 on my truck. One for the temperature and one to switch the vents from defrost, face vents, and/or lower vents.

Is it likely they both can go bad at the same time? How can I test them?

Manual temperature controller here too in my '00 Silvy not switching the actuator between hot and cold. Have the OEM 2000 and a Dorman replacement and neither one will respond to the position of the hot/cold ***. Anybody else? Where's a fella start looking first?
Thanks..

Sorry guys your going to need to get a wiring Diagram for your truck. you need to verify the switch panel is sending the proper signals and that the circuits are intact up to the blend doors.

It could be any thing from a Blend door, a switch panel, body control module, to and obstruction. Even the wiring could have issues.
