Default ABS brake problem on GMC Sierra

Ok my friend has a 1999 GMC Sierra and he unhooked his ABS brake system because it was chewing up his rotors and pads but now hes got a problem of his back breaks grabbing before the front. What can he do to fix this besides fix the ABS system because he just wants to get rid of the ABS all togther? They grab so bad that when he slammed on the breaks to miss a deer last night that it spun him around and he ended up in the ditch.

Why would you want to get rid of abs, does he lock his tires that often. Im an aggressive driver but rarely have i locked them up. maybe his tires are the issue.
I say hook abs back up and get better tires

he either has the line crossed or he needs to add an adjustable proportioning valve to limit pressure to the rear. but it would be better to repair the abs. it is not possible for the abs system to damage rotors and pads.

+1..Absolutely! The ABS system is not screwing up his rotors. GM has a problem with rotors all the way around. Tell him to spend some coin and get a good set of rotors (cross drilled) and a set of quality ceramic pads, hook the abs back up and get everything running they way it was designed. I see brake problems everyday at work and have to replace rotors all the time. TGell him to get it fixed and learn how to brake properly.
