99 hitch bolt up to an 06?

i want to take the hitch off of my 99 ecsb and put it on my new DD, an 06 rcsb. before i waste my time, will it fit?

I think it will I just bolted up my 03 trailer hitch to my fathers brand new 09 gmc.. It should line right up
