99-02 power door swap
Hey guys, I just picked up a set of complete power doors from a 99 1500 Silverado to swap into my 2000 2500 Silverado. I could have sworn there was a writeup somewhere about this but I can't find it.(I found the 03+ one though)
If anyone knows whats involved or knows where I can find the link could you help me out? Thanks

99-02 are easier to convert to power than the 03+. i think on 99-02 you dont have to run them through the bcm
i think 1clean99 is a member here as well. you can try to pm him for help.

Would my truck even have a BCM being manual everything? I grabbed the complete power doors (panels,motor, door wiring, etc) I remember reading that the windows are essentially hardwired with the switches being a relay. I assume the power mirrors are the same way. I would like to get the power locks working as well. What else would I need to make the power locks work?
