if a tahoe didn't come with a 3rd row seat, can you put 1 in

 

Depends on your fab skills if there are not already latches in the floor where seats once were and were removed.

 

Actually, all of the mounting locations should be under the carpet. I am currently installing 3rd row seats in my wifes '02 Z71 Tahoe. First I looked under the truck where the spare tire is and saw the mounting points...they are captured nuts mounted on the underside of the rear floor. I am nust waiting for my bolts and latches to show up. The carpet will have to be cut for the bolts to go throw but that is about the only fabbing you will have to do.

Check Ebay. Since our Tahoe has leather it cost me a small fortune for the seats and another 150 for the bolts and latches. Still cheaper than going to the dealership.
