Depending on the driver it should run between 13.5s to 14.1s, unless he really sucks at driving it'll be worse. Most the ones running around here are 13.5 to 13.6 at the track.

On the street it'll be close. A buddy of mine has one with exhaust and intake and I ran him one night on street tires. We did it from a roll and I didn't stop spinning until I hit 50 or so, he pulled about a car on me from the jump and I stayed with him but couldn't gain any. I run mid 13's at the track on slicks.
