Well Ever since the Corsa muffler arrived I've been feuding with myself between dumping it or having the pipe go a foot or so past the axle and still be hidden. I'm hopefully going to get around to installing it this weekend. Since the guy thats supposed to weld it for me keeps putting me off. Any ways do you guys think it will sound meaner if its dumped or how it will sound in general (OHHHH I hope it sounds like an f-bod). I'll try to get together with a friend that has the software when ever I get it installed so I can post a sound clip for you guys. Wish me luck on the install.

 

f body not sure on that. do you want it loud and some drone them dump it.

 

Yeah I'm probably not going to dump it, because I want that sweet deep sound like on the www.corsaperf.com website.

 

I have had so many exhaust systems and I hate the sound of tips and love the deep tone performance of it being dumped right out of the muffler. mine comes out of the muffler about a foot and half then turns down. it's right before the axle. I will never have tips I don't belive again. if you take your cats off or gut it I would bet money it would sound like a fbody. mine screams right now and you can here the lobe in the stock cam. almost sounds like a mustang on roids.
