The magnacharger manuals that come with their supercharger kits are exceedingly useful. Several of them detail how to do fuel pump installs.

I wouldnt recommend you doing a intank walbro on the return style. I do however have a inline walbro l sell you that is plug and play. I say that cause when you do the intank you will have priming problems and you will not be able to get on it with less than a quarter of a tank. Ive burnt three intanks up on my truck.

I had the inline 255 lph kit directly from magnacharger on my last truck. Their kit is plug and play. The kit from walbro is not, if i can remember.

Now If i have alot of miles on the original pump and sending unit, you'd recommend not replacing it with an in tank walbro? I heard it's fine to use if you modify the boat correctly. I dont want to replace both pumps.

Right now i am currently making roughly 550hp and i am running the stock intank with a walbro inline and it is doing pretty good at 7psi of boost. I am going with a custom built fuel cell and an a1000 soon though and ive got the inline sold but to answer your question. If i was to change the stock intank with anything it would have to be the racetronix for the f-body and thats only cause it attempts to keep the bucket full.

Walbro makes modules for some of the GM trucks.
