edit:::: does the motor look to have electric fans or just the standard clutch fan with a small shroud? this is the only motor picture i have

the front serp belt setup is either off of an f-body or a gto, look at the wide wp pulley and the top mounted ps pump. It has to have e-fans.

Deffinitaly converted. It might even have an LS1 engine Swaped in it. That Intake is not cheap either Probally has a nice cam and and other goodies to support it...
