Default 2004 silverado wont turn over??

My 2004 silverado wouldnt turn over today. Battery seems to have alot of power. Whats the fastest way to determine if its ignition switch, neutral saftey switch or starter? When i hit the key i dont hear anything at all... no clicks or anything. Thanks!

Jumper the starter relay and see if the starter engages. If it does, then most likely the safety switch or ignition.

When my starter went out I would have to turn the wheel to the left until it stopped and hit the side of the starter with my mag light. Usually one or two solid taps and it would fire right up like nothing was wrong.

Turning the wheel to the left will help expose the starter on the passenger side.
