2000 5.3L vs 08' 5.3 liter

Default 2000 5.3L vs 08' 5.3 liter

as far as bolt holes on the front of the block, will these two blocks be the same. the ? is if i take a vortech blower brcket off the 2000 5.3 will it bolt to the 08 5.3?
