I don't wana go 160 in a truck.

A 140 reading 7k would be perfect.

As for calibration, can't a local dyno shop tap into it and recalibrate it? I asked tyler (dirt track racer) about mine being 5 off because of my tire size and he said he could fix it.

yes it can be fixed for tire size.

i think it would be possible to have it tuned to fix but im pretty sure that GMS (granatelli motorsports) will do the necessary mods to the internals of the cluster

PERSONALLY IF IM EVER GOIN THAT FAST IN MY TRUCK IT WILL BE AT A TRACK AND MY TIMESLIP WILL TELL ME HOW FAST...

IF IM ON THE STREET I DONT THINK I WOULD LET ALONE WANT TO KNOW IF I WAS GOING TAHT FAST

The tune allows for different gear sizing and tire sizing. It also allows for adjustments to the pulse rate on the VSS. The internals of the cluster shouldn’t have to be worked on. If you break the stop peg off on your current cluster and mark off the rest of the rpm range, your current cluster might read to 7K rpm. Might work for the speedo too but I’m not going over 120mph in my truck to find out. Don't get me wrong though, I would still buy a professional made one.
