Default 15" rims

Im about to buy another set of radials and rims, got another drum truck so 15's are my choice, i have an 05 crew cab with 2" shackles in the back, but question is can i fit a 15x10 rim with a 295/55 street radial without rubbing or cutting? Or do i need to stick to a 15x8 with 275/60?
Thanks

10in won't fit due to leaf springs. With my 9.5in wheels and 275/60's I have about 1/4in of clearance.

Of course, it depends on backspacing. If it's the stock backspacing, they won't fit.

The width of the wheel has no impact on fitment really. It's the backspacing that's key.

4" BS with a 15x10 is going to stick way out of the wheel well.

Between 6.5 and 7" BS is a good bet with 15 x 10

I'm getting ready to buy some cheap summit rims for drag radials. 6.5 or 7" backspace will tuck fine?
