I was going to chime in at the top of this tread but didn't cause I only have a 4.8. Now that there is another 4.8 here beaten hemi's here we go. If you want to take out a hemi just go from 60 through 110. The stockers shut down at 108. I passed this big horn edition and two other cars at the same time. As I was passing I saw the Hemi emblems and thought "great" here he came with no hesitation. We were comming up on a small town so I just held at 60mph. After the town I resumed the cruse at 60 and he just sat back. I looked back again and he was on me bad. He then wiped it out to pass and when he got to my rear bumper I mashed it to the floor. He never made it to the front bumper befor I realed him in. When I shut down the speedo read 120 or so. I know he was on it for all it was worth because after I slowed I looked back and he was turnning around and heading back the other direction. The next day my wife took my truck to work and found out I was racing.

How are you stock guys beating hemis? I get walked all over by them left and right... I how ever can keep up with 03+ 5.3's... Maybe the Hemis around here are just freaks of nature... Alot of them I know personally and are stock...

I dont gauge my truck's speed by it beating a Hemi... if someone wants to race, lets find somewhere, and roll... 99.99999% of the hemi's around here are bone stock with a "40 flow" on them LOL... and are 4dr.... I make pretty quick of them...
