04 Silverado Gas Cap -Pain in the ***!

Am I the only one that thinks the new style gas cap on the 04 silverado is a pain in the *** to get off. I wonder what engineer was sitting around thinking that this spring loaded thing is better......

just didnt fit good, thats all. it took me a few to get it back on. its not smooth like the T/A.

totally agree, but once you get it on their it doesnt want to let go.
