Other day my motor started making a LOUD tick/knock. Thought I lost a rod bearing. Turns out it blew the spark plug out of the number 1 cylinder. Tried one of this autozone repair kits with a sleeve. When reinstalling the plug I had that same feeling of not tightening but just staying snug. Going to pull the head off and take to the machine shop but was curious that if I have to get a used head and it's not the same casting, will it affect anything? Problem I have with buying 2 heads to have same casting is I have had the worst month ever, have no cash, after buying wife new car 2 weeks ago, says she wants divorce and am working with limited tools at my moms in not the best working conditions. I can't get to work till I get this fixed and the motor is stock. So I need the quickest cheapest way of resolving this if the head is shot so I can try to get back on my feet and finish retrieving my stuff from the house and work
