What would cause the 2nd bank 2 O2 sensor to keep going bad? This is the 3rd time I've replace the thing in the past year and approximately 9,000 miles!

The o-2's are Denso units 2344668. Replaced all 4 with new ones when I changed out my exhaust from the manifolds back last July.

 

turn it off in tune and forget about it.
