what's the deal with these tahoes ac systems? I have a 03 5.3 tahoe that I have replaced the compressor twice. orrifice tube cleaned lines and three tensioners. It still bangs hard under acceleration. Has anyone had this issue? If so what is the cure, this issue is pissing me off.

 

Need to set clutch disengage somewhere low, like 75% throttle or 2500RPM. That will do wonders for your compressor lifespan.

 

how do u do that i have a programer tune do i need to return it to stock. thanks for your help
