WTB: Trans cooler
Where can I buy a Transmission cooler for my 03 Silverado?
And where could I buy the lines that go to that cooler, I dont feel like cutting my stock lines.

Either you cut the factory lines or replace with oem cooler. As far as factory, the cheapest I found was GMPartsDirect. They are not affiliated with GM. It will be ~80 shipped. They gig you on shipping. However, print the shopping cart price and go to the parts counter at the dealership. I walked out paying 3 dollars more than GMPartsDirect. But, I had it in my hand.
