they cant do it they are sent off to some place that calibrates them and Ihave to come up with some papers showing the mileage of the truck which all I have is the title. Just figured it would be easier/cheaper to get one off here.

Cool, I'll ask around. I have a friend with a 2000 who did a Denali cluster swap, and I know he had a bunch of miles on his truck.

Most People Will Take Care Of It For You... They Tell You They Send It Out Cause They Dont Wanna Deal With You... They Can Do It... They Just Wont.... They Can Get The Govt After Them If They Dont Follow Protocol.... As A Matter Of Fact I Know A Trick So That You Will Never Get Another Mile On Your Truck Again... sent my esky to a place in pheonix(SP?) and all they asked me was what iwanted to set the milege to, unlike a place in dallas that wanted all the true notarized crap and was about $40 more, i only paid $40 for mine to be programed, thats including shipping
