I have that 224/230 .581 .592 on 114. It is a great truck cam. $275 shipped with less than 1000 miles on it. I am in the process of a motor swap. It just went in like 2 weeks ago

thanks but my springs couldn't take that, I only have z06 springs and the 4.8-5.3s wouldn't benefit much from that much lift.
