WTB: Manual belt tensioner for 2001 5.3

Hey guys. Got a Procharged 5.3 and decided to put a smaller pulley on it. Belt is still in great shape and instead of pulling everything off to put a small belt on I wanted to get a manual tensioner. Anyone have one laying around or know where I can get one? Thanks
