I have a pressure hose on ebay cheap.
My experience with the conversion suggests you are better off to change the PS pump at the same time. My non HB pump had an electric valve of some sort on the outlet. I got the HB setup from a truck the same year as mine, and even though the line from that setup hooked up to my PS pump fine, I experienced a lack of PS assist at times until I got a PS pump that did not have this valve on it (and the associated pressure line which was also different).
