WTB: Front door panel for '05 Tahoe

Like the title says, I need a tan colored front driver's side door panel from an 2004+ NBS truck. It must have the cut out for the heated seat controls and the Bose stereo speaker grille (like the one below but doesn't have to have the controls with it as I can just transfer the ones from my damaged door panel).
