I really don't want to pay $25 for this little POS at the dealership! And I also don't want to stick a freeze plug in. I want it looking factory. Let me know what you have. Thanks.

Why don't you just cut it out of a piece of 1/8 in metal.. Took me 10 mins to make one. Unless you don't have access to that kinda stuff..
